Problem

The existing student-led website for full-time undergraduate student at The Creative School was already established but required updates and improvements to enhance usability engagement, and accessibility. The goal was to refine the design and, update content while learning its navigation structure to effectively implement changes and new features.

Solution

Collaborate with a partner to enhance and improve the website’s usability, user interface, and user-centered design. Focused on functionality and appearance to ensure an engaging user experience.

My Role

UX/UI designer

Co-developed a user-friendly student-led website representing full-time undergraduate students across The Creative School using Sqaurespace. I worked closely with a partner to design, edit, and update a cohesive and interactive web interface, enhancing user engagement and accessibility. Responsible for content updates, and ensuring intuitive consistency by developing initial layouts and interactive prototypes.

User Research & Understanding Needs

  • Verifying links and navigation systems functioned and directed users to the correct destinations.
