Problem

Design an album cover that effectively explores indie and retro music band targeting a teenage audience. Concept to evoke nostalgia and create a visually engaging, aesthetically pleasing piece using retro and aesthetic styles.

Solution

Solution was to design retro geometric shapes, using Adobe Illustrator to manipulate and reshape elements into a unique composition. A warm color scheme was chosen to create an inviting atmosphere evoking a sense of nostalgia. Structured and aligned typography without distracting user’s from the geometric elements.

Designed album cover for an imaginary indie and retro music band. Researched retro and aesthetic styles, used geometric shapes, and experimented with color schemes for nostalgia feeling. Using Adobe Illustrator, refined and designed by focusing on composition and typography ensuring visual aesthetics. Produced a design attracting a teenage audience.
